How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email service@inkgearlab.com to request a return or exchange and receive the return address.
- Return the Product: Ship the product back using your preferred courier. Please email the tracking number to service@inkgearlab.com after shipment.
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind.
- InkGearLab will cover return shipping costs if the product is damaged or defective.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed after the returned product has been received and approved.
